Welcome Home: A message to you

Some events you attend. Others you return to.

For one week, we had the privilege of welcoming the world of showjumping at home. On our own grounds, in the place where our story, our horses, our riders, our clients and our community come together, everything felt a little more alive. Horses arrived from across the world. Riders prepared for their next round. Partners reconnected. Visitors became part of the atmosphere. And our home became a meeting point for the sport.

From the first horses arriving on the showgrounds to the final rounds in the main arena, the week carried a rhythm of its own. Early mornings in the stables. Riders walking the course. Grooms preparing every detail. Horses cooling down after a round. Footsteps in the village, conversations between classes, and the late summer light over the arena. It is in those small moments that the event truly comes to life.

For us, this week has always been about more than sport alone. It is about the journey around it. The people behind the performances. The horses at the heart of everything. The long days, the shared routines, the familiar faces and the feeling of being part of something bigger.

Throughout the week, our Stephex stand became a place to meet, pause and reconnect. It was never meant to feel like a showroom. It was a corner of our home, open to riders, owners, partners, clients and friends. Some came to discover what was new, others stopped by for a coffee, a conversation or a quiet moment between classes. And that is exactly what we hoped for.

Because when you welcome people at home, it is not only about what you show them. It is about how they feel when they arrive. That idea also inspired one of our smallest, but most meaningful activations of the week. As horses arrived on the showgrounds, we wanted to welcome them too. With apples and carrots waiting as a small treat after their journey, our welcome activation was a simple gesture with a clear message: Welcome home. We are happy you made it here. It was a moment created not for the spotlight, but for the horses themselves. A small thank you to the ones who carry the sport, the ambition and the emotion of the week.

That same feeling of appreciation continued through the Best Rider Awards 2026. From the CSI1* to the CSI5*, four riders stood out through talent, consistency and performance across the week. Fleur Beyne, Dennis van den Brink, Yves Vanderhasselt and Simon Delestre each wrote their own story in Brussels, showing that success is rarely built on one round alone. It is built on preparation, rhythm, focus and the ability to deliver again and again. With prizes ranging from STX Tackboxes to the use of a 2 Horse STX Horsetruck, the Best Rider Awards allowed us to celebrate these riders not only in the moment of recognition, but also in the many journeys still to come. And perhaps that is what connects everything for us.

A week like this begins long before the first bell rings. It begins on the road. In the stable. In the planning. In the care. In the early departures and the quiet focus before competition. It begins with horses stepping onto trucks, teams loading equipment, riders preparing mentally, and everyone trusting that the journey will bring them safely to where they need to be.

During this week, all of that becomes visible.The sport, the road, the people, the horses, the preparation and the performance all meet in one place. Our place, our home.
